Our History & Structure
Szeretvai & Associates, an insurance and investment counseling firm, was founded in 1969 by George Szeretvai. Our name and corporate structures changed in 1985 to reflect our broader focus as a single-source financial services company. This remains our focus today. In 2007 we welcomed our new President and CEO, Martin Uhle. George Szeretvai remains our Chairman and is still active in his practice. Mr. Uhle joined Vantage Financial Group in 2005 as President, after having been a client at the firm since 1992.

Vantage Financial Group, Inc. is similar in structure to a law or accounting firm, offering diverse expertise to our clients. We realize that no two businesses or individuals are the same. We work hard to develop planning and benefit programs that will work well in the unique situation each client presents.
