Independent Consulting Strategy
We will work with management to determine plan objectives, company priorities and strategic direction of the employee benefit program. We will review and analyze your current employee benefits plan, as well as assist management in selection of the employee benefit plan(s).
Implementation
We will coordinate between your company and the insurance carrier to ensure a smooth transition, which includes facilitating employee communication. We will provide communication pieces, conduct enrollment meetings, and follow up on deliverables such as I.D. cards, contract, etc.
Customer Service
Vantage will provide services for enrollment or claim problems throughout the year and will resolve issues resulting from billing and/or eligibility problems with the current carrier. We will design a customized employee benefit website to allow your employees to retrieve all benefit forms online. We will always provide upadtes on any current or pending legislation that could affect your employee benefits programs, as well as serve as a resource for specific area of concern such as network and policy changes.

Fostering a solid, trusting relationship with insurance carriers is crucial to our profession. Because of our volume, we have especially close relationships with many carriers. This volume gives Vantage the edge when resolving issues and negotiating rates.
